1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 4dnow. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and 4dnow ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 4dnow website at https://4dnow.lat, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, 4D lottery, slots, Teen Patti, and all associated features and services.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Keep your registration details up to date; notify us promptly of any changes.

4. Deposits & Payments

4dnow accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 4dnow does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In the event of a delay, allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. 4dnow is not liable for delays attributable to your bank or payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. By requesting a withdrawal, you consent to providing any documentation required by the 4dnow compliance team.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• 4dnow reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a copy of your national identity card (NRIC/MyKad), proof of address, and payment method verification — before releasing funds.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, though this may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Any funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6 before they become withdrawable.
• If 4dnow has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

4dnow periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. These promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members aged 21 and above only.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x) — that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• 4dnow reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through dishonest means, including collusion, account duplication, or exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 4dnow — whether on live casino tables, sportsbook markets, 4D lottery draws, slots, or Teen Patti — are governed by the specific game or product rules in effect at the time the bet is accepted.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 4dnow does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in an incorrect payout, 4dnow reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake.
• For sportsbook and live betting, 4dnow may suspend markets at any time before or during an event without prior notice. Bets already accepted remain valid unless the relevant event is abandoned or the market is voided under our rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within each game or market interface.
• 4dnow follows internationally recognised results from official sources. In cases of disputed results, 4dnow's decision is final and binding.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on 4dnow:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping or soft-play in poker or Teen Patti.
• Fraud: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documents; or any other form of financial deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software designed to automate betting decisions or gain an unfair informational advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or any coordinated scheme to extract bonus value fraudulently.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer while retaining winnings or bonus credits on your 4dnow account.

4dnow employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and 4dnow reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through their account settings at any time.

• These Terms have been breached.
• The member has provided false registration information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 4dnow or other members.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won and verified funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
